About
I've spent over two decades building and leading IT operations — across cloud platforms, service management, and now applied AI. I run teams spanning Technical Operations, Cloud Engineering and Service Desk, with a focus on environments that are reliable, scalable and secure.
I work at the intersection of AI and ITSM — not theoretically, but in production. I built an applied AI engine that automates triage, accelerates resolution, and transforms resolved incidents into reusable knowledge. It's live, it works, and it's changing how service teams operate.
I lead large-scale platform modernisation — currently an Azure migration programme moving a decades-old ITSM platform off legacy infrastructure. Before this, I co-founded and scaled a national services business from zero to £15M turnover within 4 years. I've seen what it takes to build, and what it takes to transform.
